Happy Lemon Hopping

If you think I'm posting on the wrong blog, you better read this previous post first. Teehee!

One fine day, the Salgatars (my friend Karen and her hubby Gian) fulfilled my wish, to be able to drink my first ever Happy Lemon drink! Hahaha! They willingly accompanied me to Happy Lemon Greenhills. Yehey!!!! When I saw it, I was like..."Waaaaahhhh!!!"

Happy Lemon Greenhills
We got there before lunch, but decided to have our Happy Lemon drink after lunch. So when we got back, wow the place was full. Good thing we found a place for us near the counter. Lucky!

Oh boy, when I saw the list of drinks, my mind was going in circles. I didn't know which to choose!!! But at the very start I have set my mind on the Rock Salt with Cheese series. I read before that it was Chris Tiu's fave, but now he has lots of faves, I think. Haha! So which of the three did I choose?

Here's my very first Happy Lemon drink! Cocoa with Rock Salt and Cheese! Yummy! ^^

The sweetness of it makes me feel younger...haha! Reminds me of yummy chocolate drinks, with a twist! Sweet sweet sweet!

Hello Kitty and my Happy Lemon drink. *pinilit isingit si Hello Kitty* LOL

My friend Karen got Green Tea with Rock Salt and Cheese while Gian got the Milk tea with Black Pearl (that sound familiar...Pirates of the Caribbean!!! LOL) Sago. Karen shared a bit of her Green Tea to me then *POOF* Waaaahhhh!!! I wanted her drink too!!!! But I haven't finished mine yet!

I realized when I got home that we sat on the same spot where Chris sat on the picture below. Teehee!

Well I didn't despair about craving for the Green tea with Rock Salt and cheese drink because we decided to pass by Happy Lemon Megamall too since it was on the way back home. Yehey!!!! Now that's what we called Happy Lemon Hopping! LOL
Happy Lemon Megamall

The place was full with customers too! My friend told me that business is good. Indeed! That's why they keep adding more branches nationwide!

Back to my drink...and so since we ventured to Megamall, I finally got my own cup of Green Tea with Rock Salt and Cheese. Yum yum yum! I think I prefer this than my first cup since this is not too sweet. It has a very balanced taste. But I love both drinks! So what's left for me to try in the Rock Salt and Cheese series is the one with Coffee (but I have to avoid coffee for now...maybe sometime).

My Green Tea with Rock Salt and Cheese!
After visiting two Happy Lemon stores in one day, I easily became Lemon Boy's fan. He's so cute!!!!!!! To think I thought he was a SHE before. Hahahaha!!!!

My foot had a muscle cramp when we were about to go home, and Karen jokingly said that I drank too much Happy Lemon, that's why I had a muscle cramp! Koneksyon? LOL

I took home all the cups we used...LOL Lemon Boy is so cute!

I even took home the cute tissue! Hahahaha!

I even kept the plastic the staff gave me! Hahaha! The staff saw I was carrying a lot of things and willingly gave me these cute plastic bags. Hihi!

And now I'm waiting for Happy Lemon in Mall of Asia! Nothing official yet but I asked Chris about it and he replied:

So I'll be waiting patiently! Weeeeehhhh! My next target is the Lemon Honey with Seaweed Jelly! Been craving for that ever since I saw its picture! The Lemon Yakult too! Waaaahhh! Will try to taste every flavor!!! ^^

Thank you to the Salgatars for going with me! I won't be able able to go if not for them! :)

Coming soon: My long overdue entry about the Habitat Build and Eco-Warriors Tree Planting outreach! :)

Who says mommy's boys ain't cool? The Swatch Boys on when do they think about their moms!

This was actually a Mother's Day's special from Swatch! Read on and I'm sure your hearts will melt...especially moms. Awwwww!!!!

OraCare Billboard (Along Guadalupe Southbound)

I never got to see this personally, but thanks to Erica for sharing these pics. If you compare this to the earlier version of this billboard, I definitely prefer this. They made a better shot of him for this. :) I just don't know if it is still there since I seldom pass by this area.

Chris Tiu for Eiko

If I'm not mistaken this is one of Chris' earlier endorsements, if not the first! That's why I consider this ad a gem!

Which came first? This one or his Master commercial? Hmmm...I think this one?

I remember that Eiko didn't have a branch near my place so it was rare that I get to see its store. The nearest for me I think was at SM Southmall before. Then I always got a glimpse of it at SM Mall of Asia, but I think it's not there now anymore.

You see since then, the number of his endorsements have grown. He really has invaded every aspect of our lives! And I'm not complaining! Hihi!

Their Winning Energy is Our Nation's Victory (Chris Tiu and Japoy for MILO)

This was a congratulatory ad MILO posted after the 2011 Sea Games in Indonesia.

I think this is the only printed ad I really saw them together. I saw one before but they weren't really together in this pic I posted way back in 2009.

ADMU and DLSU united for the Philippines! Teeheehee!

Birthday High

Chris Tiu's birthday is over a month away (1 month and 15 days from now, LOL), but before we celebrate that let me share an article I kept for long and recently found in my tall pile of news clippings collection.

This was way back in 2006, and was written by Chris' sister Cheryl. They helped an Ateneo scholar celebrate her 18th birthday with a bang! It was full of surprises and I'm sure she really had a birthday high afterwards.

Sweet 16

Chris Tiu when he was only 16 years old! Kyaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!

10 years ago...but it doesn't look like he aged, right? Hihihi!

Thank you very much to my friend Pamie who gave me this page from her old magazine!!! Hihihi!

Chris Tiu: To Greater Heights

Chris Tiu was on the list of 25 people that lifestyleasia tagged as Generation to Watch. It's a no brainer...he's definitely a shoo-in on this list! :)

This is definitely my most favorite pic of him to date. I dunno if there would be a pic that would topple this on the top of my list in the future. But let's focus on the here and now. LOL

I also have a funny experience when I bought this mag at a mall nearby. I asked the cashier if they had the newest lifestyleasia mag (that time, February). She said yes...then I heard her say "Chris Tiu". I dunno if she was talking to me or her co-worker who was looking at a mag (coincidentally it was the issue I was looking for). Then I was surprised and thought if she knew I wanted that mag because of Chris. I dunno if it was written all over my face without me saying anything about it, or it's just that lot of people asked for the same mag because of Chris. Hahahaha! Then I asked her co-worker if I can have a peek inside of the mag...then I saw the picture above. The rest is history once again. LOL

Hear Ye, Hear Ye...

"Hear ye...hear ye...read all about it!" (I forgot where I heard that!)

Okay I'm preparing lots of new posts...but for now just wanted to post here about Chris Tiu's blog. Just in case some people haven't heard it, his blog was hacked (goodness! Please let him post there again. Huhu!)! But that did not stop him from writing another inspirational entry at http://ctiu.blogspot.com!

Okay that's it for now! Will come back soon with more new and old stuff about him!
